As far as we know, staying healthy is an important part of life. It makes you happier and more confident yourself. So both male and female should keep fit everyday as the regular habit. When your body becomes developing, mature then even old, you have to deal problems about health, diseases. It’s better to collect tips to keep fit.

During the part 1, we would like to share you some basic steps which you completely adapt and practice easily. Let’s continue some higher instructions in Part 2, this article will orientate to setting up diet and nutrition in per meal. You can improve more skills and trips so that you can change other ways to keep fit yourself.

Settling down a scientific diet everyday

First of all, you should know which time it is suitable to eat

The first important thing isn’t avoiding or skipping meals. Some people think that they can lose weight by ignoring meals but it’s wrong. In addition, skipping meals can badly affect your energy levels then you can’t focus on job or effectively work in a long time.

An useful advice is that you should separate meals into other small meals, including breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, after lunch and dinner. You should reduce ingredient for after lunch and dinner.

Secondly, fully understand about carbohydrates

Carbohydrates contains many vitamin or protein to be good for your health. It divides into 2 kinds: complex and simple carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates have little nutritional value whereas complex carbohydrates cover rich fibers, healthy vitamins and minerals. You should use food with complex carbohydrates like beans, yams and sweet potatoes.

The next, please eating healthy

It means you should get rid of all junk food for your life. Say no with snack, fast food, donuts, cakes, cookies, pudding, cereals, canned and dried fruits or sodas. It makes you reduce energy, even you feel tired or fatigued during day. Further, junk food contains so much poor and fat nutrition. To eat healthy, you should use more fresh vegetable and fruit, high-protein foods and grains.
